Our "Company Parking" concept - to maintain your company's license with ease at your minimal expense.

Our parking services include company secretary, provision of registered address and provision of nominee director and shareholder.
 
What is PARKING ? How it can help you save money?
Parking Service - Where we offer ourselves to be registered as company secretary.
We charge :
  • Minimal fee for parking service, and
  • Charge by-job service fee when client request actual service later.
This is arranged because some client may not need our service throughout the year.
For example, not every company will have shareholder changes each year. In such cases, paying full service fee means paying for service that is not required.

Most companies are paying too much if no parking service is available !

We will be your company secretary for registration purpose.
We will prepare and file annual return to Companies Registry. The government fee is not included and will be billed to you separately.
We will provide advisory service to your company on company secretarial matters.
We charge separately on all other works that we have to do in the capacity of your company secretary. Please refer to "Service charging on job basis" for the charge on each kind of service.
